Communication Skills Evaluation

Our colleagues and clients come from all over the world. That's why we need to ensure that your English proficiency and communication skills are up to the task. Typically, the conversation will cover both professional and everyday topics, and our experts will assess your pronunciation, fluency, clarity, and understanding of business etiquette.

Technical Skills Assessment

Our experts will discuss relevant technologies with you and guide you through tasks similar to those in real projects. The interview includes both a theoretical evaluation of your knowledge of the main technology stack and any supporting technologies, as well as your understanding and practical use of algorithms.

Getting to know the project

At this stage, you'll meet a project team member who will provide details about the project, its plans, and the tasks you'll be working on with your team. Occasionally, clients may request additional interviews with their representatives, and they will have the final decision on whether to bring you onto the team. Don’t worry—we’ll guide you and help you prepare your CV for this process.
